Beef Stir Fry with Honey and Black Pepper Sauce

Method

  1. Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl.

  2. Heat oil in wok or large skillet over high heat until smoking.

  3. Add onion and garlic; cook 1 minute until translucent, stirring constantly.

  4. Add beef and stir fry 1 minute until cooked to preference; remove to bowl.

  5. Reduce heat to medium-high, pour in sauce; simmer 1 minute until syrupy.

  6. Return beef and onion to wok with any pooled juices; toss 1 minute until warm.

  7. Serve immediately with rice.
