Healthy Broccoli Salad

A fresh, crunchy broccoli salad with red grapes, raisins, sunflower seeds, and a light honey Dijon Greek yogurt dressing.

Method

  1. Whisk together Greek yogurt, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until creamy. Adjust consistency with a little olive oil or water as needed.

  2. Combine broccoli, grapes, red onion, raisins, and sunflower seeds in a large bowl.

  3. Add the dressing and toss until everything is evenly coated. Season to taste.

  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving (can be prepared up to 24 hours in advance).
